HelloMusic.com seeks artists to showcase at CMJ - deadline Sept 1o

Hello Music is hosting an official CMJ showcase and we're looking for five outstanding artists to put on stage in New York City this October.

CMJ's annual conference is where the best new artists play to thousands of music industry folks and savvy New Yorkers. So we thought, what better way to help out independent musicians than to sponsor a CMJ showcase and put a bunch of great acts on stage in front of industry tastemakers?

CMJ doesn't let just anyone put on a showcase, but they believe in our day-to-day mission: sifting through thousands of small and unsigned artists, trying to find talented performers and great songs so we can match them with opportunities.

Hello Music is free for artists, and we do more than just help musicians get showcases. We've landed songs in video games and ad campaigns and on Internet radio; we pitch our best stuff to music supervisors and record labels and concert festivals; we even get artists discounts on common services like digital distribution. And we send feedback to every artist who sends us a release. It's a win-win: musicians get feedback and opportunities, while our partners hear the best unsigned music in the world.
